We collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and we never read or share what you write in the app.
NoKontact is not therapy or crisis support.

Who we are
NoKontact is a self-guided breakup-recovery app run by Quantume Ventures FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@nokontact.com.
What we collect
Your email address, when you take the quiz and choose to unlock your results, or when you buy something. We use it to send your receipt and sign-in links.
Your quiz answers and result type, so we can show you your result.
Order details: what you bought, the amount, and the date. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Where you came from: if you arrive through a link with tracking tags (for example from an ad or a post), we keep the source, campaign and the page you landed on with your quiz result or order, so we know which links help people find us.
What stays on your device
Your journal, check-ins, progress and boundary settings are stored in your browser on your device, not on our servers. That means we can't read them, and they won't follow you to another device. If you clear your browser data, they're gone. You can export or delete them any time from your Profile.
Emails
We send transactional emails: receipts and sign-in links. We don't send marketing emails unless you've opted in, and every marketing email will have an unsubscribe link.
Our emails use open and click tracking, so we can see whether an email arrived, was opened, and whether its links were clicked. This is tied to your email address. We use it to make sure receipts and sign-in links actually reach people.
Ad pixels and analytics
We may use advertising pixels (such as Meta or TikTok) and product analytics to understand which pages and ads work. Where the law requires it, these only load after you agree to them.
Who we share data with
Only the services we need to run NoKontact: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (our database) and Vercel (hosting). Each one processes data only to provide its service to us.
We don't sell your data. We don't share what you write in the app with anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep your email and access for as long as you have an account. Quiz-only emails are deleted on request, or after 24 months without activity.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@nokontact.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
Age
NoKontact is for adults aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for big changes, tell you by email.
